Whirlwind Is Generous

Question on my Whirlwind. The machine will kick out two balls to start a game. Where should I be looking to correct this problem?

Thank you,

Breeze

Dear Breeze

First thing I would check is the arm that kicks the ball to the shooter lane. When it goes up or down, if it is anywhere close to the last switch in the ball trough, it is likely hitting it and getting you an extra ball.

If not that, then I'd go over the normal stuff. Right number of balls in the game/ball trough ? Shooter lane switch working and staying closed when a ball is on it. Ball trough switches all working good ? Not sticking or anything.
