I may have missed a previous post, but has anyone put the mirrored back glass from CPR in their game yet? If so, what do you think?

I would first check to see if there is something mechanical going on that's causing the ball to not exit the scoop properly, ie. screws are loose or scoop is broken or bent in someway.
Also check to make sure the coil plunger isn't binding at all.
If this all looks good, make sure the wires to the solenoid are soldered properly.
If this looks good, I would put a DVM across the coil terminals and compare the voltage to a coil that is strong. Both when firing and when static.
It's unusual for a coil to fail in a way that just makes it weak.
