I have needed that plastic with the tractor on it for years now. I finished my resto years ago before the last set was produced. Of course they decide to re release it again AFTER I had scoured the globe to buy all of the other pieces!!

More than likely it would be your only choice in terms of getting what you need especially if you need it immediately.

The domes are available in the shops, vent with motor will get harder ...

The motor bracket is going to be the hardest to find. Marco has the motor and fan. You can build your own harness easy as long as your board is there

Hey guys, anyone have LED recommendations? I want to put LEDs in for the BP (Back Panel) thunder and lightning #906 flashers as well as the #555's under the pop bumper caps. Thoughts?

I used the bendable flashers from comet and pointed them down, not as bright in your face but still lights up the lightning well.

I assume everyone is using white?

I have yellow behind the cloud and red behind the lightning. I meant to get white, looks kinda neat though. Maybe get some white or blue for the middle and right side of it later.

Why did you have to point them down? Just curious.

They are pretty bright and I wanted it to light up the playfield more. It shines right through the lightning and into your face

I wanted a new topper for my game and encountered the same problem. I emailed them and a year ago they said they were going to make more but I don't believe they ever did.

The owner of Starship said the toppers should be available in July or August when I talked to him at TPF.

Most games, that’s all I do. Playfield and backbox GI. Saves some money and easier on the eyes.

I think leds in the inserts look great, and I like that they are cooler.. maybe they wouldn't sink or raise because of heat?

Less power strain on your boards/connectors if you have led's

Said differently, if you DO want to keep your game original, replacing both the GO connector and the header pins is a must. I think the reason so many system 11 pins are dark is that people don't do this.

Yup, I have now replaced a handful of brown, dried out IDE connectors on a couple pins, You'll be missing 1/2 the backbox GI, or chunks of lights (lots of high res. opens on those cranky old IDE connectors)

Kits are dumb, buy bulbs in bulk from Comet, its cheaper, and the bulbs are better.

Hi! I am trying update U26 and U27 because original game roms have German language. I downloaded last firmware it from IPDB source and burn it on EEPROM. When i install it, system don't boot. I used 512k EEPROM for new firmware. original used 256k. Somebody knows what it can be? I only update U26 and U27. What i made wrong?

Hi all! I’ll be putting an ad up later today but have a CPR Silver Whirlwind playfield I had bought anticipating a game that didn’t materialize. Now I’m moving and need to clear out items I’m not using so selling. I’ll take some photos when I put the ad up but it’s never used, taken out of the box for a couple weeks then put back in and stored in the house.

I used the 2smd frosted supreme bright sunlight from comet on my GI and I think it looks really really good.

Odd seeing a dark TZ next to it!

Not really. I preferred whirlwind to tz. I may be alone on that but I didn’t care for Twilight Zone after owning it. It has the worst flow ever. Just my humble opinion. Whirlwind is basically perfect.
