These "My Pinball Machine(s) vs. The Wife" scenarios rarely work out with everybody happy.....THOUGH it sounds like you are successfully directing your own attrention to the benefits of trying out another game as opposed to obsessing over your attachment to Whirlwind - so hopefully you can work it out.
