Whirlwind has a "single lamp test".
Give that a try. Ensure that a single lamp is lit.

First, let's keep this thread here.
I can't dive into "club" threads with thousands of posts.

You have a shorted column drive transistor on the MPU board.
I couldn't find the lamps you noted in the lamp matrix diagram posted above.
If you'll take a look at that diagram, and find all of the lamps that light "in sympathy", at the top of the column it shows the drive transistor "Q" number.
That transistor can be tested with a meter on diode check.

If you don't have experience with PCB repair, send the board to your favorite board tech.
Ask them to install NVRAM while the board is there.
