Of all the Williams MPU boards, which do you think is the easiest to repair to rebuild?
Depends what skills you have, if you have test roms, and if you have access to every part. I guess personally I'd say WPC, but the asic can make tracing complex problems impossible. The early stuff can be hard to diagnose, but there's nothing hard to replace. I'd vote the hardest is pin2k, because that's a whole motherboard to deal with.
