I received a couple EM Gottlieb Land spinners from a Pinsider. Some of the paint is worn off. Is there a better paint to use that has a good chance of not coming off?

Acrylic + clear coat.
Enamel + baking.

It seems like a hard type finish... so I'm thinking enamel.
