Nascar's wizard mode is not the easiest to obtain, but if you're decent at playing, you should be able to get there every once in a while.
RBION's Atlantis wizard mode is neigh impossible to get. Maybe not as impossible as the super duper whatever wizard mode in TSPP, but it's right up there.
