Free shipping is harder to come by across the board. I think most Sterns have it included if your game is coming direct from the factory. But if you’re looking for a JJP or CGC, shipping will be added (or the price will be $300 higher and then say that shipping is included).
Also sales tax is probably going to be based on the shipping destination, or where you pick up the game.

I use Tim from Pixels & Pinballs and I’d highly recommend him. If you pick it up from him you’d have to pay sales tax or he can deliver it (out of state) but there’s obviously a charge for delivery… he sets it up for you though.
I’ve also used Jarred at Gulf Coast Pinball and he is pretty amazing in his own right.
That being said, yeah, there’s a lot of great options out there. Good luck!
