I was heavily into pinball restoration and flipping machines 10-18 years ago and have gotten back into it in the last 4 months. The sheer number of suppliers has exploded. While many I see have their niche, I've noticed the level of customer service has declined. Years ago my choices were PBR, Marco, Bay Area, CPR and a few others I dealt with. I bought $1000's from these vendors. Today when getting parts I have dozens of choices, heck even Amazon sells them. Ironically most of the stuff I want on the mega sites like Marco is listed as "not available" like CPR plastic sets. I get stuff sells out, but how can a game like Black Knight with 13K + produced can't have product like this in the pipeline? (CPR) Done ranting. Here's my list of the best suppliers I've dealt with.

#1 PBR Best for knowledge and price. Yes I don't mind sending a check, they've gotten dozens from me.
#2 Marco When you need it, they have it (usually)
    #3 Comet- Great Service, fast
#4 Great Plains - Totally awesome

The best supplier is the one that has the part you need in stock.

I've had nothing but solid transactions with PBR, PinballLife, Marco and Comet.

I have to use every parts supplier at some point. Plus countless saved eBay searches.

Add Keith at ksarcade.com. Always gives great, fast service.

I've actually never had bad service from a dedicated pinball site. Everyone says Steve is hard to deal with at PBR but I have called him a ton and he is always super nice. Marcos has high shipping. Oh well if it's in stock you'll get it fast. Comet pinball is great. Always has been. PPS and bay area amusements are what they are. A little slow at times but that's life. Pinball people are the best. I've not written anybody off just yet lol

For sure!! I order those plastic protector discs and inserts from there all the time. They have lots of stuff you can't get other places either

I go with Comet for LEDs and Pinball Life for almost everything else.
