I have some awful looking original MPU boards that have been reliable for years even with them having extensive battery leak damage. If you like the original I would keep it. Just set the reply to a low amount to guarantee a credit will be won, plus you will get to hear the knocker more often.
If your "lesser" Paragon is somewhat rough the Altek will probably help with the sale. I will pay more for a pin with a replacement board since I look at it as one less issue I will need to fix/work on.
