Paragon. Best shape, probably the easiest to restore. My favorite player of the three.

Centaur is the value choice if resell price is eventually your main concern.

Assuming that isn't mold all over the Centaur, I would find a way to take both Paragon and Centaur home. "Necessity" is the mother of invention.
