Which new(ish) game did you like the most when you played it at the Texas Pinball Festival 2017?

Just talking playable games that are currently expected to be manufactured on mass.

AFMr. Wasn't planning on buying another game until I played one. So many fun new games at TPF. This is a wonderful time for those who love pinball!

    Any more opinions?

AFM isn't new, that shouldn't even be in the list.

    Attack From Mars RM
    Dialed In!

That's my list, not in any order "per say". Oh wait you said which one was my favorite?
    Again there is my list!

I would say that Wizard Blocks and Total Annialation gave me the biggest rush.

    Quoted from Kneissl:

AFM isn't new, that shouldn't even be in the list.

I thought long and hard about whether to include it in the list, I think there are arguments for and against:

For: You get to see how the completely new games stack up against a remake of a classic.
Against: The completely new designs get to fight it out against another.

In the end a poll allows for 9 spots, so I thought I might as well put it in rather than being accused of leaving something out.

I limited this poll to the games that are currently slated to be mass-produced (which was a good thing because I only had 9 places to work with). Lots of people seem to love the homebrew games though.

Wow that poll surprised me! Afmr in the lead. Would have thought one of the new games like alien or dialed in would have beat it. Just goes to show how great of a game AFM is.

Another surprise was houdini coming out of nowhere. So many great games coming out. I hope the hobby is big enough to support so many new companies

Dialed in was my favorite all around. The most polished and fun for my tastes.
Alien was great, but needs a little more polish. For example, the Alien head ball grabber wasn't working as planned.
Aerosmith was yet another hit out of the park by Borg/Stern. It's really fun to play. I'm not much of an Aerosmith fan so there are only 2 songs on there I would have to choose ad nauseum. My only criticism of it is that the songs are painted into the playfield, so switching them in pinball browser will be a little more out of place than a game like AC/DC.
Houdini looked to me like a very polished prototype. It's really nice looking. The S hots are too narrow for my skill level. It was a brick-fest for me.

In a perfect world of restraint and sensibility, I would be looking for these games next year. Even better, HUO or routed versions of those built at the end of the run, a year later! What an awesome time to have pinball as your hobby.

I've owned or own MM and AFM. Great games but obviously not as exciting to me as I've already had that experience.

Total Annihilation had the biggest wow factor. I missed seeing Wizard Blocks (but the videos look cool). Dialed In was the best one in the poll for me. It had that best "just one more game" pull.

Dialed In for the scratch off mode on the backbox screen.

AFMR LE for the Martian bouncing up and down on the topper.
