You need to add my kids to your survey options. They are tag teaming instacart runs and making $150-200 a day.
Friend of mines daughter is making the most.
She was laid off her job and normally makes $300 before taxes week.
Now unemployment paid her $152 plus $600 fed assistance.
So she now makes $752? She plans on looking for a job whenever the assistance runs out rather than looking for a job currently.
Strange times indeed. Unsure how it is in other areas but around us there are a lot of hiring companies for essential workers.
Problem is the jobs start at $11 to $16 per hour so people on assistance would take a "pay" cut.

Does your friends daughter have insurance? If she was laid off she would have to pay for cobra which is high. That is what the $600 was supposed to offset.

Certainly more than the Disney Parks in the USA are bringing in.

Disney Parks are a direct result of Merchandising. Disney Merchandise sales would dwarf the other choices, even during this downturn.
Without the continued influence of the Parks the value of the older Royalties would wane.
What is good for Disney is not always good for those that work there.
