MM is overrated.

I never quite got why MM was rated so high.On the other hand IJ is a completely well rounded game it’s the best!

IJ. All day every day. MM is good, but IJ is way more interesting.

IJ has more to it, but I find MM more of a blast to play

I love them both, but MM is more fun. And IJ's artwork is mediocre at best.

For such a large pin, IJ sure has a small playfield.

I've only played Indy about 3 maybe 4 times in person.
The big issue is the path of adventure. If that is working the game is better, but at least 1 of the times I was playing it wasn't working. Even working its still not the best mech.

But, MM castle is one of the best all time mechs/toys in pinball. Just amazing. I like rules. I like the lock shot.
And I think it has nice energy and great callouts and a nice sense of humor. Because each castle lord has a unique personality that helps break up the tedium or monotony of doing the same thing over and over. As you get new callouts for each sequence.

I hope to own both games someday. But, for me. MM I like just a little bit more.

Personally, I enjoy IJ a lot more than MM. But, some people like MM more.

I just think MM is too much of a grind without a lot of variety with modes. But, you could also say the same thing about AFM, and I like that game significantly more than MM. Go figure.

IJ has a lot of variety with a bunch of significantly different modes available.

IJ has a lot of variety with a bunch of significantly different modes avialable.

I think grind is fair for MM. It is a grind and it has a lot of wood chopping. But, I also like the strats that you can employ.
I do prefer AFM over MM as well. I think AFM has more variety in the strats and flexibility if you miss or mess up your strategy. I also like the sci fi theme better.

if your playing tournament or just for point IJ sucks, shoot drops, lock balls multiball repeat

Just like any other game comparison, it is a personal preference, Man.

If I HAD to pick one it would be MM.

Love IJ, it's almost the perfect game. MM?...ugh!! Never saw the attraction.

IJ blows it away, MM is way overhyped

#18 4 years ago

Dont really care for IJ, never understood the hype, hated tearing apart the mini playfield. MM here

MM = 1.01626 X IJ

Both are fun, but I enjoy playing IJ way more. IJ has a more unique feel to it than MM, which has a similar layout to a dozen other pins.
