Both depending. WPT was generic and card graphs themselves didn't have a copyright.

I've already been hit with a copyright notice from PPS for Dr. Who. Apparently they already sell that set, yet it's not displayed on their site.....go figure. Hard to sell something you don't advertise. I don't mind however doing the 6 missing targets but I would need at least 10 backers and would have to combine them with another set that I would do.
