If I were doing a higher end restoration of the machine, then go with the ministry decals to be safer in long run.
Since it is a dr who machine however, you may want to reconsider lower price alternative as long as other option looks comparable. Hard to say without seeing both sets in person.
There is a ton of work in doing cabinet work, and I would pay the extra for known better quality.
