Possible you could have 4 or 5 pin optos on that board:

Yes, TZ -did- use 4 pin opto's. But .. he says "There are 5 pins..." in his
message below....
Could be that somebody swapped out his board with a later version? Or am I
misinterpreting his message?
If using a 4 pin opto -- get the .0086 suffix part as these are directly
driving the switch matrix.
The reason they used a 5 pin opto in later boards was to get around using
the custom opto as used originally in TZ.
