if you don't have the room, you don't restore. Play it and enjoy it as is, until you get a bigger place. If you want to restore someday. Store the parts until you have the room to do it. Or if friends have the room, ask to use space there for a short time and throw something their way to compensate for the space. Maybe offer the old playfield as a TY?
