Looks like there's one place on City Island that has a few machines. Their Facebook page says Closed for the Season but if you click on the Facebook widget on their site, it takes you to Facebook which says they're open til 9:30pm this evening. I suppose you could call them and find out for sure.

There's a few other movie theaters/restaurants/etc. in Harrisburg/Hershey/Camp Hill area that have a machine or two but none really worth your while in my opinion.
