    I imagine Daytona Beach will have some, but don't think you will have any luck in Palm Coast (They do have nice beaches though). You could try creating an account at VillageBBS/Forums, a Fl board. I imagine some in that area could steer you in the right direction. I believe there is an ice cream parlor called Cow Licks that has a few pinball machines in Daytona, but I was there a couple of years ago, so no clue if they are still there.

    They have a Walking Dead Pro, but it's about 25 minutes away or so if I had to guess. Guess it depends how bad you need your fix.
