Can anybody tell me where chip is located for upgrade?

If you don't have a puller gently pry up each end with a small screwdriver a little bit at a time on each end.
When you install the new chip make sure to orient it in the proper direction in the socket, the chip and the board are marked.
It is your game ROM on the cpu. Located at U6.
Look at the one in your game, it is socketed, has a notch on the right side, and the circuit board has a notch marked on that side.
Get your new ROM in the same direction, be sure you get all the legs in the holes in the socket, none bent or hanging out.
And ground yourself by touching the side rail or metal plate in the head while doing this so you don't get any static electricity in there.

The pinwiki has a section on this and is another great source of info for other pinball related questions.

You can also now hit start and hold the extra ball button in till the opening music starts and go into LITZ.
The way I play this is the only way I will ever see it even on 5 ball.
