I've been going through a deep cleaning of my OXO score reels, and of course, I'm short one of the machine screws that attach the switch bank. Specifically, these seem to be fillister head, slotted drive #3 x 7/8".

The first two places I'd check are fastenal and boltdepot. Also, PBR carries an assortment of hardware, so they might carry that type of screw.
