It looks like I may need a volume attenuator MC3340 chip for my Magic SB 100 sound board (U14). I checked Great Plains Electronics and he doesn't list any. I've found them on Ebay but I don't like dealing with Ebay and they seem to be from China.

Is there a substitute or anywhere in the US that would have one?

Thanks

Thanks LTG. I just looked them up - they show two suppliers - neither show a price online. "call for price" and "request a quote"

I always wonder about places that don't show a price.

Is this the one your talking about?

ebay.com link: RCA SK3891 MC3340P 8 PIN INTEGRATED CIRCUIT NTE829 ECG829 sk

And he's in Ohio.

I been burnt so many times on Ebay I feel like a piece of charcoal.

I'll guess I'll give it another try.

Thanks Ed, I ordered it last night.

You know I'm lost when you don't have the parts I need. Where would we be without Great Plains Electronics?
