New to this but am looking for a Zaccaria Hot Wheels pinball machine. I have no idea where to start besides doing a Google search that didn't turn anything up for sale. Any ideas?

Where are you located?

Foreign pins (like Zaccaria) are typically pretty rare in the US.

You can start by putting up a WTB ad in the marketplace. Although, you will probably have to pay well above market value for one in order to shake one loose from someone's collection.

Thanks. I'm in Chicago.

Any chance you have an idea of what the market is bringing for these?

I've never seen one for sale. Best find it first, then worry about price.

Because of their rarity, I don't really expect to see one going for less than $2k.

However, you may be in luck if you just want to play one. According to the pin map, there is one listed in the Ann Arbor, MI VFW collection. If you visit during their show in May, you may have the opportunity to play it there.

rarity doesn't always mean expensive. It's kind of rare here, because they are from Italy and at that time, there wasn't many distributors at that time for zaccaria. But games from this era are usually $400-700 because most people are not looking for them nor care about them. There are only a few zacs that you can get over 2k for, and they are all the later stuff. I own a lot of zacs, and there is only 1 I paid more than 2k for. And a small handful over $1000.

You selling it?

Keep in mind, shipping a pin overseas isn't cheap.

they are easy to find over there. Getting them over here...that's another story. Shipping is usually more than the whole game is worth.

I have a feeling the poster isn't a pinball guy at all. A Hot Wheels collector that found out there is a Hot Wheels pinball machine and doesn't know where to look.

This is an accurate statement - almost. My brother is the hot wheels collector, but doesn't use a computer that much so I'm helping him out.
