Since your search may take a while, in the meantime I'd get a plain yellow cap and create a waterslide decal with pac to go on top:

Were you able to find the plain yellow cap and create the decal? If so, can you help me in locating the things I need for this? I bought my first pin which is this machine and both my bumpers(caps & collars) are terrible. I've done tons of searches using the part #'s but no luck except for clear yellow or solid yellow that isn't the right size/style. Thanks!
