That depends, are you trying to find bulk replacement switches, or trying to do something custom? If you don't care about direct replacement (same mounting hole positions), This site sells dirt cheap cherry switches:

Hard to read in the picture, but looks like DB3s.
Those holes must line up like DA3s, just body size different?

The body size and mounting screw positions are the same for DA3 and DB3; DA3 had the center terminal (NO) offset toward one end terminal (NC), while DB3 has the center terminal centered between the end terminals.
