Agree ! Would be good to see more features and also interact the cities modes. The flashers on the slingshots do nothing when a ball hits and the outlanes also don't have any sounds when a ball passes through them. Would be great also to add in some more songs along the way as well .
Don't get me wrong I love this game but an update is so badly needed to make this a more enjoyable game...

Yeah WWE is more for the American market and not relevant to many Australians here... Pity ive been waiting for a KISS update to come along to fix the issues with game play and sound affects etc..... as many mentioned its a great looking game but not too much in game play at present

I would have thought with a huge branding like KISS this title would get well looked after? I mean be the flag ship of the pins they have made to date ...yet nothing ???

True but why leave a gap that could take weeks to fill with another game. Im an operator as well and would leave a game on site until i replaced it that day and not leave a gap. Empty spot equals no money. Best to leave Kiss there until you can fill the spot

I was told by Gary stern himself code will be uploaded by 4pm today and is a major rework with 6 new songs added and 2 extra video modes. He also said the machine is internet ready allowing players to compete in world wide live competitions and leagues..

was better when we bought games as is like Williams etc there were no more expectations! People are spoilt these days and Stern has left themselves open now and will never please 100% of the crowd who buys these machines..

There may be some "group think" going on. Pinsiders love to bash KISS code. I have my doubt's that many have ever played the 1.28 code. If KISS does well on route, then I think that correlates with my theory that Pinsider's have higher expectations than the average player and perceptions that don't always match reality.
I can vouch our Kiss machines do very well on site as you suggested. I think people on here can be too demanding when it comes to code... no matter what code comes out no one is ever satisfied .. you cant please everyone!
So in saying that Kiss is not a failure when it comes to operating these on locations.. after all thats what they have been intended for in the first place !!

Pity the attract modes couldnt be like the past Data East and williams where the attract sound came on randomly without pushing buttons. The code updated has been mentioned in our monthly address. It will be a huge update addressing some software issues plus a few more added in modes with perhaps a new song...
