It's like the cpl argument. You have no idea how many people are carrying guns around you...how can you tell if people are high around you?(being high isn't always like the movies). Get over it. It's everywhere and it doesn't matter in your life.

I know this is waaaay off topic but do people realize that medical marijuana for treating seizures and other illnesses does not contain high amounts of THC. It contains CBD so it has no real "high" effect. And it's not smoked. It's in oil, tea or pill form.
So sick kids are not "smoking" medical marijuana.
And they are not getting stoned.
Don't believe the fear mongering.

My father had gotten pretty bad with multiple health issues and after numerous surgeries caught a super bug MRSA from the hospital. that combined with all the other issues took him from a 6'5" 350lb giant all the way down to 98lb weakling. He was near the end, on 3 different IV antibiotics to try and clear the infection, could not keep any food down, and quality of life was zilch. On a daily basis he would ask for a way to humanely end it all to be out of the pain and misery.

We convinced the old conservative fart to try a pot brownie (mainly for nausea suppressant and appetite increasing effects). 3 weeks later with a few different pot treats each day his MRSA was gone (they had previously taken him off the IV antibiotics as he was "done" with all the meds/toxins and drug/drug interactions and the associated side effects) and he was eating and keeping food down. He cut back his narcotics to nearly nothing and managed to get back to 180 healthy lbs in about 6 months. Imagine the amazement when 3 years later they have found 5 canabanoids (not THC or CBD, but other compounds in the whole plant that dont get you high) that are prime candidates for antibiotic replacements.

Pot brownies gave my pops 3 more quality years, allowed him to see his youngest (me) get married and his oldest have a daughter.
Most people will never see first hand the benefits of pot and quality of life it can bring. See it first hand and your life will change and you will wonder why the world is so completely backwards on this but allows so many other poisons to be regulated, taxed, and injested by the masses.

Trust me, you will happily deal with a few stoners not hurting anyone and getting baked on 4:20 when it also means a plant can give you 3 more precious QUALITY years with a loved one.

So is that Kiss code coming today?

Here is a recipe for banana bread:

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inches, or 1 loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. 2 Mix sugar and butter in large bowl. Stir in eggs until well blended. Add bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Bake 35 minutes. Allow to cool.

I can't figure out how they found bugs at the last minute. It was explained on here that certain people have been play testing the code for a while...before Stern started teasing the code.

I appreciate your honest story of the facts you experienced at that time of your life. My understanding is your Father was blessed to have a son such as you. Don't let that get lost in it all. It can be personally difficult to go against the "norm", especially when it comes to the life of a family member. Who the F cares about code then? Maybe the code to the Gates of Heaven? LOL.

Same way you find the bug in any complex system.

You play the game. You keep your eyes on the score.

You notice that you did not get bonus points for some combo or you suddenly have too many points.

You take the glass off, you try to recreate what you think you saw.

Can't recreate it? How exactly did it happen?

Is it a mechanical problem, or a code problem?

Does player four's bonus not hold over, but the other player's do?

Oh wait, it only can hold over to the final ball? I did not realize that was a rule.

Should the countdown bonus clock run out while multiball starts? Should it suspend during the animation sequence?

Wait, why is the special lamp lit? I did not do anything that I remember to light it.

Did the background music stop just stop after that stack?

If a ball gets stuck during 5X multiball and ball search can't free it, does the game launch another ball? Why only on 5X does this not work?

For sure. I played a ton of CCC, and kept running into problems that no one else did. So many possible combinations of issues, when they happen, what else is happening when they are happening...etc.

What I don't understand is why anyone who is debugging a pin today wouldn't have a gopro recording every second. That should be simple with technology and digital storage now.

I used to be a programmer and I understand where vid and those guys are coming from. Debugging sucks and takes a long time.

But... it was kind of lame to post for everyone to get in their seats, the show is about to start without getting to the point of final code release.

- Shooting the Demon when lock is lit (first time) starts 2X playfield
scoring (adjustable, default=20 seconds).
- Lighting the lock again and locking a second ball (before the timer
expires) starts 3X playfield scoring (adjustable, default=20 seconds).
- Added sounds for:
- Slingshots
- Return lanes (lit and not lit)
- Outlanes (lit and not lit)
- Added a wizard mode for completing the GRID (Heaven's On Fire):
- Qualify by completing the GRID a number of times; currently 2
(adjustable).
- Shoot the scoop eject (BACKSTAGE PASS) to start.
- 4 ball multiball.
- Complete the GRID to light SUPER JACKPOT at the Scoop Eject:
- ROW #1 (KISS) - shoot all KISS targets

settings (for shooting the POWER-ON ramp shot) are:

- Added attract mode flipper button sounds.

- Improved sound processing to minimize audio glitches.
- Fixed a bug in the wizard mode that would occasionally cause some game

Stern just posted on Facebook another update is in the works to add Cities to the game play.
May be while as we know. But at least it is coming.

Congrats Kiss owners...I know you guys have been waiting for this for a long time.

I reluctantly bought my 1st NIB Stern, (GBLE)....almost didn't buy it for fear that the code will never get done.

Hopefully, the GB code will move along quickly, considering all of the interest in that title.

I seriously thought about buying the Kiss pin for a while.
