I'm very unhappy with this whole situation with this game. I turned down two people this week that wanted to buy it, because I was hoping this code would change my mind. Also I'm ready to cancel my Ghostbusters pre-order. This is ridiculous.

Your comment is spot on. I don't think Gary knows how pissed off everyone is because Jared deletes all the honest comments...like the one he just deleted where the guy said he spent 12k and won't buy another new Stern.

Doesn't it seem like the whole extremely late / pre-order and deliver 2 years later model seems to be seeping into all aspects of pinball? Now this code update is following the same trend - small teases and updates without much real information, delays delays delays, another carrot, delays delays delays, then when you think it's coming for sure ... delay.
Is there ANYONE on Planet Earth at this point that believes that constantly teasing code updates like this is a positive thing? Anyone? Get a version of code to where you want it, test it, certify it - THEN maybe tease it for a day or two. But for goodness sake, all this teasing for unfinished and untested code, pretending like finding bugs in new code is some sort of revelation that wasn't supposed to happen? It's just ridiculous.
Stern is the smartest company in existence. They take 5k+ for incomplete products all day and all night and they have an army of defenders. Pretty awesome business is plan.

Stern Pinball: We truly hope so. To release the code with the bugs would be bad. Sometimes when updating software this can occur. The extensive play testing luckily found a few of these bugs and we are working as quickly as possible to release the new update.
Honest update? This is total crap.
I'm done with any game Lonnie is lead code.
Some of the employees are so lucky I'm not in charge. The whole marketing team and Lonnie would be fired over this.
All KISS owners have been waiting patiently for an update. This is utterly ridiculous.
There's a few choice words I would like I use, but the mods would have no choice but to delete them.

Yeah no doubt we are a group that likes to complain especially when the flame is being stoked by almost 10 months of stagnation.
