    As for the kicker. All I can do is snap some pics of the empty area and the screw holes that were left... but I imagine that the mechanism is not very different from what may have been used in games like FLEET, CANON FIRE and many others of that era with a kicking mechanism. The trick is finding a picture or schematic of those kickers!
