The connection is for GI and should go to J86 on the new board, after replacing the connector to match.

Pin 1 and 2 of the connector in question are connected to the 9 pin connection right next to it. Pins 1-4 are one wire and 5-9 are the other. Grab a DVM and compare with the new board.
