Not hard to make if you have the right tools. Pair of tin snips and a hole punch.....stuff is pretty hard to drill. You can order the spring steel in small amounts from Pinball Resource.....

Take the spring steel and lay some masking tape on top so you can trace out your existing flap. Punch the appropriate size holes in the material then cut out shape with tin snips. Smooth rough edges and round corners on a belt sander. When finished remove tape and I like to clean them with WD40 which also gives more protection from rust.
Now you just need to rivet them on. Hopefully you are set up for that or if not, look for some local to you that can help.
