Aurich makes the decal you seek but I think he did his last run.Maybe you can find one uninstalled by a pinsider.

I'm out of playfield decals, and have no plans to make more since the project got shut down. That said, they weren't every really meant for the Premium lower playfield, some people just modified them to work.

I have an ACDC Premium now, so who knows, maybe I'll work on something that's actually meant for the lower playfield at some point.
