I don't know if they are only included in manuals now, but I loved it when companies would release shot maps for their new tables. When I bought my JD, i loved that I could see the shot map and see what shots are in the game.
When Iron Maiden came out, i remember thinking "how does the tomb lock work?" or "where does the inner loop connect to the outer loop?" because I couldnt work out the shot map. it was only when I saw the machine up close was i able to check out the back of the table and see the shots.
In fact, i'm weird I like to spend 5 mins looking at a machine before I play it, to see where the shots are.
Who thinks Stern, JJP, Spooky and American Pinball should release shot maps for each new pin along with reveal?
Here's a shot map for Medievel Madness for reference? I think most of the shots are mapped out here. Usually the shot map is a few photos in order not to complicate things.
