There were actually three different Voltron shows and sets of toys.

Voltron III was the 5 lions Voltron.
Voltron II was the three humanoid style robots that formed the "Gladiator Voltron".
Voltron I was the 15 vehicle(Air, Sea, and Land groups) Voltron.

I still have my toys from I and III, but while I remember hearing about and seeing toys for II in the stores, never actually played with any of them as a kid. I never bought one, nor did any of my friends.

Since most of us are Voltron fans here, in one form or another....Did you all ever feel like Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was just a blatant, live action ripoff of Voltron? I never watched it for many reasons, but that was the biggest for me.

    Quoted from Frax:

Would it be easier to just scan them at 300 DPI, rescale to fit, and then use them that way? Maybe...but it's kind of chintzy, yeah? My name is Frax, not Stern.

    Well played, sir.

...and yes, doing things the right way does take more time. But when you're finished with it, it'll be beautiful, crisp, and sharp and you can scale it, reuse it, and even modify it in innumerable ways that you simply cannot do with a scanned image.

Um, that's "Princess Allura" to you mister.

And, I'm sorry, but I absolutely couldn't stand listening to Pidge. I get chills just thinking about his voice.
