I think your message is too generic. I do pretty good on craigslist with saying I am interested in your machine for sale followed by please call or text me at the following number thanks. It has worked great for me that way for years. Craigslist can be good or bad depending on seller. Send another message with your phone number saying your interested and if he doesnt respond just move on.
