If you’re JJP I imagine you could tell ahead of time that a theme like EJ, and it being a music pin, isn’t going to resonate with everyone. Next game won’t have that issue.

No. EJ has some similarities, this layout is only 2 flippers but has a canon. A lot of inserts are different. This resembles AC/DC.

Definitely not. You can see what is posted. Depends on if it is based on the first and/or 2nd movie, then it would be a Mark game. If is will be based on All or just the 3rd movie, then woul be a Steve game.

Yes, it was potc, but that was a theme that had already been done, had no assets and wasn’t a theme everybody was clamoring for. Much different than Harry Potter going to a new, unproven designer. And yes, potc has been Eric’s coolest design.

Eight months later, and the CE of Elton John is still available direct from their website. Their previous CE Godfather took 48 hours. JJP's sales are cryogenically frozen. It seems silly to release another machine anytime this year, but they will anyways.

Sales are bad, so stick with that plan and don't release something that has a better chance to sell?
Correct. They can get the bankruptcy paperwork pre-filled while they're at it, and load up on plastic bottles of vodka for those upcoming depressing nights trying to make it all work.
We don't really know how sales are. But the sad reality is that in this glorious economy, most people can't afford 15K pinball machines.
It is telling that many who get the PE sell it so they can upgrade to the CE. You don't see that very often.
If the next JJP is what I think it is, I'll be getting that CE as well if it's anywhere near as good as EJ is.

I have to agree, I can’t think of another game where people upgraded.
1,000 is too many at 15k (also too many at 13k for stern).
All my friends who play Elton absolutely love it (non pinhead friends).

I don't think you should "expecto patronum," but I think the new game will "stupify" us. Hopefully it's good enough that nobody will want to "expellarmus" their game after buying it.
