I think JJP will have the last laugh.
Hoping they have Superman 78, or muppets, goonies, Indiana Jones, transformers 86 movie, he-man, Batman/Batman returns, princess bride, King Kong. What could be next

What everyone has been waiting for, of course... Elton John!

I think Muppets could be the great theme for JJP with a perfect mix of adult/kid humor and just open creativity without being tied to a specific movie or show. Of course, the obvious Statler and Waldorf interactive topper making fun of you with pinball jokes and puns as you brick shots would sell themselves!

Muppets would kick ass.
My dream pin is Futurama and I think JJP would do a great job assuming someone on the design team is a super fan. I hope JJP does it...it's only a matter of time before someone does.
Quoted from SLAMT1LT:I guess all bets are off now. Always thought JJP was a kiddie company only making kiddie themes. Glad to see them produce an adult theme (but Godfather, seriously?).
I hope they can survive this poor decision and pay closer attention to what the buying public want... no one asked for Godfather (and 80% of a recent poll stated they are not interested in buying).
Listen to the masses, this is what they want (and will pay handsomely for):
Back to the Future
Jaws
The Matrix
Evil Dead
Mad Max
The Goonies
Van Halen
The Muppets
Wednesday
The Last of Us (gaining heat but will soon be scorching hot)
...to name just a few.
Warriors #1

Someone wrote up a great pin idea fighting gangs along the way, trying to get back to Coney Island. The callouts, pics, scenes I just can’t think of a better theme for pinball.

"Come out an play"
Try to avoid running into gangs by completing objectives as you move through NYC, trying to keep the warriors gang together while trying get to Coney but if you fail, you run into a gang. And your gang can get separated various ways. Each gang fight involves a soundtrack song and multiball... You get 1 ball per warrior. complete multiball objectives to defeat the gang, add warriors, and stay alive to keep the warriors together All while the DJ call outs navigates you like the movie.. segments on your journey within the city has mini game modes, where you play to collect weapons for your next fight and reunite with missing warriors for the next gang fight. Mystery spots weapons, random modes start add a warriors to the team (virtual locks for next for multiball), etc. Plenty of fun and surprises with this pin.

JJP is looking for ways to scale up production, their goal is to be on track to release two titles a year which may or may not happen this year.

Well, at 12 and 15 grand a machine they will be selling a lot less.
So maybe they can get on track for a second game come expo, but I dought it.
Quoted from VisitorQ:Not sure but my information came directly from a JJP employee.
That has been the plan for many years.

Jack has been saying it in seminars for at least 3 years now.
I think they technically did it already with Toy Story and Godfather didn’t they? Wasn’t it like 9 months between the two? Obviously not in the same calendar year, but similar accomplishment IMO. I thought I remember Eric mentioning something about it at his talk at TPF but I could be wrong. Hopefully a new machine every 8-9 months is possible. When a new JJP is announced, it feels like a special time...even more so with Steve’s game in the pipeline.

Not to long ago stern released rush, isnt that enough?
I want jjp to do a widebody loaded coco.
Coco is awesome. Great music, scenes, story etc etc.
