I had a game for sale once. Was told for the condition of playfield and cabinet game was was to much. It was to much for that person. Had 3 full offers and they pay shipping. Game sold
As long as all those mods are reversible, I would say that game is worth a thousand less then it would be if it was not modified at all. Otherwise it needs to be parted out.

Yeah I got a chuckle out of the Simpsons version. That is kind of cool. The MJ ones make me taste puke in the back of my mouth just looking at them.
Yeah i sold the MJ one 3 years ago. Way before the HBO documentary.
It just had MJ as the Well Walker zombie. Had Cleland sound mod but with Thriller song play during Well Walker Multi-ball and Beat-IT during Prison multi-ball. Was fun.
The Simpson one is way better! Cleland made a custom sound package for me. All with Simpson call outs and custom music. The best call out/ saying is during the skill shot!

FWIW, the subject example used to be on location in Boston and it looked good in person and was a blast to play.

I custom made the zombie Simpson topper. Homer’s left eye falling out is a cotton ball stretched out. Then i over sprayed a can of spray adhesive over everything to get a bubble slimy effect. Was more Dramatic before it dried. Lol

I love the "and probably more stuff" at the end. If there were more, it would most certainly be mentioned, therefore it's only a worthless filler-phrase to make it sound better than it really is. Im really annoyed by such wording.
