    It entirely depends on the price. That's all that matters no matter who the seller is. If you are paying a high price expect the game to be shopped and rubbered. If you are paying a quick flip price expect it to be working but in whatever condition topside they got it in. If you are paying a project price expect broken plastics and nonworking parts.

    Price determines everything in a transaction.
