Yes they are, but that's because they were the Star Explorer of video games; a poor 'home' version of what was out in the arcades. A good game is a good game, no matter the year. The ones that endure are the ones designed by individuals that use the limitations of the medium at the time to make a complete experience. I love DMD games, but I also love games from all eras, especially those before my time because they're new to me.
I love my new consoles, but I still love playing Tetris and Link to the Past. I'll probably still play Tetris in 20 years after I've long given up on old-ass GTA.
I like the new board games but sometimes, I'll sneak in some old ass game of chess.
I do completely get that some people just don't like old tech no matter what.
I totally respect that.
But Meteor is sweet.
