Make a preliminary post that you are going to do it.

Give us 20 minutes to get the popcorn ready.

    Then post it.

    Quoted from BigTP25:

    my wife might kill me

If she does, can I have your pins ?

    Quoted from Mbecker:

always a family emergency, sudden health issue, etc..

20 years ago on an Ebay newsgroup. The common non payment of an auction won was someone would contact the seller and let them know the high bidder died. When they finally, actually had a legitimate high bidder did die. They had a newsgroup party to celebrate finally a real one. Some people did express sympathy for the deceased.
