    It's been a week. Message them one more time for a payment within 2 days, then open a dispute with Paypal to get your money back. If you have time to be responsive before receiving payment, you have time to be responsive AFTER receiving payment. Cash/payment in-hand does not mean you can just leave the buyer hanging.

    As a buyer or a seller, I expect communication. If you care enough to take cash, then you need to care enough to fulfill your obligation as a seller. Life happens, yeah, but literally 2 minutes to send a message.
