    This is the right question. I add them regardless of condition, but could totally see only adding games that are in working condition.

    They have options for basket cases and wrecks. So they get added no matter what.

    Never until it’s in hand. Even if it paid for in advance. In this day and age with production issues prevalent, you never know when it might show up.
