I frequently move my pinball machines around the room. I know about the pinball skates, but too expensive.
Those are cheap. Are they good for this purpose? Or better some other solution?

No, mine are stationary. Just moving them every few weeks, but being a not small room I need something that help moving.
What kind of floor? If it is wood like mine, I have those carpeted pucks under each leveler. They slide easy.
I have a set of 3-wheel casters like those in your link, 3 sets of casters with stems showed by o-din, a pair of skates, and a lift table . The lift table is the best. No need to install anything. Lift the game and go. See https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/modified-harbor-freight-lift-table.
Yes, but table lift is way more expensive.
What caster with stems are? Are they better than those in the link?
Quoted from o-din:
For the pinball machine that is always on the move...

Where can you buy these?
What is the nut size? Same usage for arcade cabinets?

They are called stem casters with a 3/8 coarse threaded shaft. The wheels come in all shapes and sizes.
