Huh. Were those Gottliebs that interchangeable, or was serious interface development required? I actually would like to have a generic cab with PFs and backglasses for several of these games, if the price were reasonable.
it's basically a Gottlieb system 1 game with a PI-X4 board in it... a bit overpriced, but kind of cool that someone would run around and swap playfields. The Nu-Wumpf manual in there is wrong unless another machine has a different cpu. The main board pictured is by Pascal Janin and supports all system 1 games and has a bunch of neat extra features like skill shots and high score saving.
So yea, technically, with the PI-X4, they can just swap playfields, but only among other system 1 games, which is a bit limited.
