There's so many...
I find myself saying, "They should all be destroyed" from Jurrassic Park quite often. And for whatever reason, I like the Save Tam mode on Shadow. Tam says, "Let me go, I won't tell anyone" which is no big deal, but I really like how the gangster says, "Oh, I know you won't..."

Ha, ha... that's what my friends and I used to say too. 
We knew better, but 'stoopid jackpot' fit the accent... and our warped humour back then.
Played a lot of T2 and AF in the local arcade in the early 90's.
