Assuming all the boards are there. I'd go with battery damage, bad power supplies, and lots of connectors that need replacing.
If you can do the work, and get them cheap, might be worth it. And that is a big might.

I'd say $400, $400, $800 assuming complete w/ no major assemblies/boards missing

Fun game with pretty cool layout and rules. Inline drop targets!
The posts that support the spinner are a little clunky and can get in the way, and the sound is the somewhat typical bloops and bleeps that -- in my opinion -- actual Vikings would not have liked very much.
