Hi,
My CPU board tries (and sometimes will boot for 10/15 seconds) then the blacking circuit comes on.
Game will flick on repeatedly and some of the coils will jump around a little.
Using a another boardset I have ruled out the following.
-Voltages
-Asic
-Processor
-ribbon cables
-rom chip
Will all cables except power board operates the same.
There is no battery damage (remote battery)
Any idea ares much welcome

Na,
I fitted it myself a few years back.
I will try and get it on the bench over the weekend.
Good point about the not needing the 12v,I guess thats just for the switch matrix.
